How do I place an order?

Click here to place your order online or call our friendly ordering team on (09) 302 8888. As soon as you place your order, it enters our kitchen and our chefs will carefully prepare and cook your order. If you live in our delivery areas, we can deliver your order to your door free of charge, or you can pickup from your closest Soul Thai store.

We currently have two stores:

Soul Thai Grey Lynn
158 Williamson Ave
(On the corner of Williamson Ave & Great North Rd) - Beside Countdown right on the traffic lights

AND

Soul Thai Mt Eden
96 Mt Eden Road
(Beside Eden Coffee, just past the Mt Eden Village)


How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your order is normally within 45 minutes, but at times, just like restaurants, we do get busy. During our peak periods (especially on Friday & Saturday nights), delivery can take up to 60 minutes.


Is there any way to get a quicker delivery?

We always try to deliver as soon as we can but we've put together our top tips for delivery:

  • Order a delivery for before 7:00pm or after 9:00pm. It's always quieter then.
  • Order online from our web site and avoid telephone waiting times during peak hours.
  • Order when the weather's good. We get twice as many orders when it rains (no one wants to be outside then). And our drivers have to drive slower in wet weather to be safe too.


Which areas you do deliver to?

Currently we deliver to Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, Westmere, Arch Hill, Newton, Western Springs, Freemans Bay, Herne Bay, St Mary's Bay, Kingsland, Pt Chevalier, Mt Eden, Epsom, Newmarket, Parnell, Sandringham, Balmoral & St Lukes. What payment options do you accept?

We accept Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard. All our drivers carry mobile eftpos machines enabling eftpos or Visa/Mastercard credit card payments at your door.

What are your opening hours?

Soul Thai is open for pickup and delivery orders 7 nights from 5pm to 10pm.


Where is your store located?

We have currently have two stores in Auckland at 158 Williamson Ave, Grey Lynn and 96 Mt Eden Rd, Mt Eden.


Do you use MSG in your dishes?

Absolutely not. At Soul Thai, we take food quality and safety very seriously. All our dishes are cooked with no MSG (monosodium glutamate), plus our food is so delicious we don't need to add flavour enhancers like MSG which can cause adverse reactions in some people.


What types of oil do you use?

We only use cooking oils which meet the New Zealand Heart Foundation industry standard. All of our chefs and kitchen staff also hold industry qualifications in best practice frying, in addition to food hygiene certificates.


Do you have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices?

What food grade is your kitchen?

All of our Soul Thai stores are fully compliant A-Grade kitchens, certified by the Auckland City Council.
